Mass Flow Controllers are used to measure and control gas flow. MFCs typically have a preset flow range that they are accurate within and will be designed to work with a particular gas. They must also operate within a specified inlet pressure range. There are both digital and analog mass flow controllers.
Mass Flow Controllers are used in the manufacturing of plastics, power generation, gas blending, wastewater treatment, medical research and a host of other applications.
